Not only did they graciously reschedule my appointment when I missed it, the plumber checked everything he could possibly check and fixed my toilet flap too. Fixed outside faucet.

I thought I needed an entirely new faucet. The repairman told me that the only issue I had was sediment in the faucet. He flushed the sediment out and put the faucet back together and it is as good as new. I did not have cash in the house and offered to write him a tip by check made out to cash and he told me that it was unnecessary as he was doing his job. I really appreciate the honesty displayed by this repairman. I would trust them for any future jobs I have and intend to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.
